The contract
- When will I receive my rental contract ?
You will receive your rental contract, once the booking has been made on the website.

- How should I pay the deposit ?
You can connect directly to your customer area and pay the deposit.

- How to pay the balance of the rental ?
You can connect directly to your account in order to pay the balance.
The benefits
- Can we pre-pay the end of stay cleaning or linen rental ?
You can add services to facilitate your stay in your customer area.

- Are the dishes included ?
All our apartments are equipped with dishes & cooking utensils.

- Are animals accepted ?
Pets are accepted at a cost of 40€. You can either pay upon your arrival or you can include it in your stay by adding it in your customer area.

- Do you have facilities for babies ?
You have the possibility of renting a chair or a travel cot either by adding it to your customer area or by booking it with us by telephone before your stay.

- Is the accommodation equipped with Wi Fi ?
Some accommodations are equipped with Wi Fi connection or you can rent a box 4G nomad with our agency.

- How to contact us ?

- When to contact us ?
The agency is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

- Where to find us ?
The agency is situated to St Chaffrey locality Chantemerle place du Téléphérique in the shopping mall Le Serre d'Aigle. The front door is situated at the side of The Grand Hôtel.

- At what time may I arrive and at what time do I have to leave ?
You can enter your apartment from 4:00 pm and for your departure, please arrange a time with the agency when you pick up the keys upon your arrival.

- How to recover the keys when I arrive out of hours ?
If you think you will arrive late and the agency will be closed, you will have to warn us beforehand so that we can process the deposit and tourist tax payment. We will then left you know the procedure to pick up your keys for the accommodation in a box with digital code.

- Can we rent an apartment for a short stay ?
Over certain periods, the booking of accommodation for a short stay is possible.
